Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Arizona. The role supports a nationwide telehealth model with administrative backup, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing assistance.

The position offers flexible scheduling seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, with paid orientation and ongoing training. Eligible clinicians include LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs seeking a thriving telehealth career.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Arizona — LPC, LMFT, LCSW

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions

• Collaborate with support staff and clinicians to coordinate care
• Maintain credentialing and billing-related tasks with our onboarding team
• Contribute to clinical supervision and ongoing training when available

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Qualifications / Fit

You may be a good fit for this role if you're:

• Independently licensed and living in Arizona — LPC, LMFT, LCSW
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
