Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Wyoming. We offer credentialing, billing support, and a path to a full caseload within 90 days, with seven-day scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

ET. This role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice. You will work as a W2 employee, with guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, 401(k) matching, PTO, and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Wyoming (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Able to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, with measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients.
• Build and manage a full caseload; reach 90 days post-credentialing.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and teams to ensure quality care.
