Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Arkansas to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our nationwide client base. You’ll work within a clinician‑led, telehealth‑friendly environment with secure EHR tools and a robust support system for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Arkansas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

What We’re Looking For

• Independently licensed and living in Arkansas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CP (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
