Job summary

Ozobot is seeking an experienced, hands-on Part-Time HR Manager to provide temporary HR support during a four-month maternity leave. The role supports our established HR function and covers payroll, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, leaves, recruiting, compliance, and general HR operations for about 36 US employees.

The ideal candidate works independently, learns quickly, exercises sound judgment, and keeps HR matters moving with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Manager or Senior Generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers during maternity leave coverage.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork and HRIS setup.
• Support payroll administration and benefits coordination.
• Coordinate leaves of absence and other time-away matters.
