Job summary

Blue Ridge Communications TV-13 in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Broadcast Technician to provide technical support for remote productions. Responsibilities include setting up and engineering audio consoles, broadcast video cameras/equipment, and delivering live-event support in our mobile production trucks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a degree in electronics or related work experience, and a valid PA driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Degree in Electronics or equivalent related work experience
  • Established Residency in Pennsylvania
  • Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
  • Repair and Maintenance Skills a plus
  • Ability to drive and engineer remote production trucks
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with others
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to pass a Driver's Physical

Responsibilities

  • Set up and engineer audio consoles for live events
  • Engineer broadcast video cameras/equipment for productions
  • Provide technical support for live events in mobile production trucks
  • Possible other duties as needed

Possible other duties as needed.
