About Us:

At Portsmouth Computer Group (PCGiT), we’re a fast-growing Managed Services and Security Provider (MSSP) serving businesses across NH, southern ME, and northeastern MA. We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support our financial operations and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily financial operations and monthly reporting using Business Central.
• Handle accounting functions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including GL, AR/AP, invoicing, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Own the month-end close process and prepare financial reports for our holding company.
• Develop and document financial workflows and SOPs.
• Assist with payroll coordination and tax compliance (sales/use tax).
• Support audits and respond to ad-hoc financial reporting requests.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is REQUIRED.
• Experience in professional services or tech environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration is advantageous.
