Qualifications
- Educational background in education, instructional design, or related field.
- 3+ years of related AI experience or certified AI training.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate departmental workflows with IDT leadership to apply AI and automation.
- Configure and implement solutions using approved AI tools and LMS features.
- Apply AI to support instructional design, course maintenance, and documentation.
- Develop reusable prompts, templates, workflows, and agents for consistent AI use.
- Test AI solutions for accuracy, usability, and reliability before deployment.
- Collaborate with LMS Manager and IT on tech development or system integrations.
- Provide training and documentation to support staff AI adoption.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements to AI tools and workflows.
- Follow governance, accessibility, data privacy, and security requirements.
