No prior AI experience required; your educational expertise and ability to design effective assessments and learner engagement are what matter most. This project focuses on next‑generation AI education tools and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, instructional design, learning assessment, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning assessment.
• Ability to evaluate educational value and learner suitability.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and refine interactive learning materials for accuracy and engagement.
• Analyze learning interactions to assess lasting understanding over rote memorization.
• Apply and improve assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and outcome measures.
• Review content for academic rigor and alignment with objectives.
• Develop and improve visual and multimodal instructional resources.
• Document observations and provide precise recommendations.
• Provide insights to improve AI-driven educational tools using learning design expertise.
