Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center with a high-touch client experience.
• Creates personalized client-first interactions to build trust and deepen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and appointment scheduling for consumer needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
