Job summary

Regions Bank in Gainesville, GA is seeking a part-time Relationship Banker I to deliver exceptional in-branch and phone support, handling deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries. You will help grow client relationships, educate customers on digital tools, and support branch operations in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work Saturdays, handle cash transactions, and communicate effectively across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and remains informed about their banking relationships.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions like mobile and online banking.
• Assists team with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex goals and needs.
• Follows bank processes and reports operational risks.
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology.
