Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a part-time branch associate in West Des Moines, IA to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with banking needs.

You will promote deposit and loan products, process information, and work during peak hours with a schedule of less than 20 hours per week across Metro, Community and In-Store locations. Required: high school diploma, and regulatory NMLS licensing; one year of related banking, sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z
• 1+ years banking experience or equivalent sales/customer service training
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Provide excellent customer service in branch per bank standards
• Assist with sales and service activities across Consumer Banking locations
• Assess banking needs, collect information, and promote deposits and loans
