Job summary

Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a Part-time Rehab Technician to support our SNF and outpatient rehabilitation programs. You will assist therapists, prepare treatment areas, coordinate patient needs, and help maintain efficient department operations.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and holiday pay are included.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate with supervisors and therapists to coordinate scheduling and patient needs.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed by staff.
• Complete and submit logs, reports, and required documentation.
