Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a part-time Rehab Tech to support therapy services in our long-term care facility. The role offers flexible schedules and part-time benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting with resident transport, preparation for therapy, supporting licensed therapists, maintaining records, handling inventories, and contributing to quality improvement and safety programs. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist licensed therapists with resident evaluations.
• Assist treatment programs designed for residents as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support compassionate care and project a professional image for Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
