Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Charleston, SC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Rehab Tech to join our rehab team. The role provides general support to the Rehab Director and therapists, including helping transport residents and preparing them for treatment.

This position offers 20–25 hours per week at $17/hour with some part-time benefits. You will work in a therapist-led environment that emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience preferred in care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the company’s commitment to compassionate care and project a professional image for the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
