Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid PT/OT/SLP license or license eligible.
• Experience: 3–5 years in rehabilitation or related healthcare field; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Oversee clinical programs to ensure high-quality services in line with regulatory standards.
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing efforts with hospitals and the community.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage and compliant documentation.
• Investigate and resolve patient, staff, or service-related issues; provide ongoing staff education.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid) and ensure safe environment.
