Job summary

Symbria is seeking an Assistant DOR (PT or PTA) for the Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, OH. This on-site leadership role supports the Program Manager and serves as a key resource for staff and patients in our outpatient rehab setting.

You will supervise therapists, assistants, and rehab aides; coordinate therapy services with nursing; ensure regulatory compliance; monitor productivity; and contribute to program growth through data collection and outcome tracking.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PTA or PT program.
• Valid Ohio license as PTA or PT.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; 2+ years outpatient rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and help manage daily operations of the interdisciplinary rehab team.
• Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and larger care team.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and rehab aides.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Symbria policies.
• Monitor team productivity and caseload balance.
• Assist in community marketing and promotion of rehab services.
• Collect outcome data to track and enhance program performance.
• Step in as Program Manager when needed.
