Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy physical therapy clinic. You will assist with administering treatments, preparing patients, and handling administrative tasks in a compliant, patient-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear documentation, and compassionate care. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a willingness to learn, with prior rehab tech experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient satisfaction; energetic and a team player.
• Compassion toward patients; complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restrooms and other areas; restock supplies as needed.
• Assist patient experience coordinator with scheduling and filing.
• Assist with inventory and supplies for the clinic.
