Athletico is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care and clinic operations in a part-time capacity. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and carry out administrative tasks under state regulations, contributing to a positive, efficient patient experience.

Ideal candidates will have basic clinical aide experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset to help deliver compassionate care and smooth clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and time management are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans and maintains treatment area and equipment; handles linen and supplies as needed.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and assists with filing and chart work.
