Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, prep equipment, and manage patient flow at Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy in San Jose.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. A high school diploma is required; healthcare experience is preferred; clinic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach toward assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients moving to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture with friendly service and patient-centric care.
• Prepare equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing.
• Assist front office with calls, scans, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Keep therapy areas clean and organized; daily equipment cleaning.
