Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians in a Gretna, NE clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in compliance with state guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for therapy, guiding exercises, applying modalities, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical area.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to document projects; attention to detail; time management; patient-focused; energetic team player; compassionate; complete tasks; basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Manages clinic inventory and supplies as needed.
