Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care in our Maryland clinic. You will assist clinicians, greet patients, and perform administrative duties alongside therapists during treatments, in compliance with state practice acts.

Responsibilities include helping patients with exercises, preparing treatment rooms, and supporting the patient experience coordinator with scheduling and paper work. A team-focused, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Motivates and assists patients performing exercises.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains supplies.
• Restocks restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and files paperwork.
• Assists with inventory and ordering of clinic supplies.
