Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a Baltimore-area clinic. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and perform administrative tasks in line with state requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, guiding exercises, delivering modalities, and maintaining a clean, stocked environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and treatments.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens/towels and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks restrooms and supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Tracks non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
