Position Details: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Primarily serving patients in El Cajon, CA and nearby San Diego County locations. Schedule: Part-Time, flexible hours based on patient needs. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions, reporting significant changes to the physician and clinical supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication compliance, and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides, etc.).

Qualifications:
