Job summary

JTC Home Health Inc. in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes across San Diego County.

The role focuses on assessments, care planning, medication administration, and family education. The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, CPR certification, at least one year of clinical experience, and a valid CA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience, preferably in home health, acute care, or skilled nursing facility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and dedicated to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes per care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions; report changes to physician/supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per agency policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, HHAs, etc.).
