We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients achieve their functional goals. This position is ideal for a PT who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact in patients' daily lives.

Pay: $70.00 - $130.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.

Medical Specialty: Geriatrics, Home Health, Orthopedics.

Schedule: 8 hour shift, choose your own hours, day shift.

Work Location: On the road.
