Seasons Hospice is seeking an RN to deliver compassionate nursing care in patient homes and to coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. You will advocate for patients, educate families, and provide emotional support throughout the care journey.

The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and quality of life as you work with a supportive team in a part-time capacity. DOE salary range applies. Join us to make every moment matter for those at end of life.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with clinical nursing experience.
• Hospice, palliative, geriatric, or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and support families with empathy.
• Integrity, independence, and a collaborative spirit.
• A heart for hospice and a commitment to serving with compassion.
