Unit Description:

3 Pavilion is a medical teaching unit designed to provide specialized care for patients with complex medical needs requiring cardiac medical needs, particularly those requiring cardiac monitoring and stroke management. The emphasis on team‑oriented care, hands‑on experience with various medical devices (such as chest tubes, feeding tubes, and tracheostomies), and a supportive learning environment designed for nurses can develop both their clinical skills and teamwork abilities. The focus on teaching and leadership fosters a strong environment for professional growth.

The minimum rate of pay for a non‑BSN Professional Staff Nurse is $37.00.
