Job summary

MediLodge of Ludington in Ludington, MI is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. You will plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role offers flexible scheduling, Michigan Direct Care Incentive added to hourly wages, daily/weekly pay options, and opportunities to grow within a reputable long-term care provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Supervises and evaluates LPNs/LVNs and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and documents treatments.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures within state scope.
