Job summary

MediLodge of Midland is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Earn extra income or supplement your current role while making a meaningful impact on residents.

You will plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care, supervise clinical staff, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality care. Michigan Direct Care incentives and flexible pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and performs treatments as required.
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications.
• Supervises, directs and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
