SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Madison is seeking a part-time Campus Float RN to provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with the interprofessional team to deliver evidenced-based care and support patients and families through the care plan.

Responsibilities

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase quality of care and quality of life for the patient, family, and significant other(s).
• Establishes effective relationships and serves as an advocate with patient and family to develop the care plan.
• Uses the nursing process to implement the plan of care, collect assessment data, and evaluate outcomes.
