QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in Zanesville, OH. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Escort patients to exam rooms, document their history, medications, and visit information into the EMR.
2. Scribe information for dermatologists and assist providers with clinical procedures and surgeries.
3. Provide post-op wound care, draw blood, suture removal, and assist with injections/local anesthesia.
4. Educate patients on medications, procedures, and post-operative care.
5. Answer calls, triage patient questions, and review medical histories for clinical assessments.
6. Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
7. Modify treatment plans based on patient responses.
8. Assist with surgeries, biopsies, and Mohs procedures (training provided if needed).
9. Document patient records accurately in EMR.
10. Verify tissue specimens and assist with bringing up images and drawing blood.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience, preferably in dermatology.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS required within 90 days of employment.
