Job summary

Pine Ridge Post Acute in Edmonds, WA is seeking a caring Registered Dietitian to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate holds active RD registration with CDR and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, current state licensure, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active RD registration with CDR and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Current state licensure required.
• Two years' long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition interventions.
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and progress.
• Document nutrition assessments, MDS, and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and care teams to meet therapeutic needs.
• Support quality improvement activities related to meals and sanitation.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
