Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our Meadowbrook, PA healthcare team. This role involves assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and improving patient quality of life in a hospital setting.

Typically scheduled ~24 hours per week onsite, you will collaborate with the care team, follow dietetics standards, and contribute to nutrition-related policies and quality initiatives. Competitive hourly compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
• Actively participate in continuous quality improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interacting with other departments in setting up procedures and policies, and in problem solving as it relates to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participating in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
