Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Part-time Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role features 32 hours per month with Monday–Friday schedules and flexible options, supporting resident well-being and compliance.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care plans in the EMR, educate residents and families, and ensure adherence to CMS/state regulations.

Qualifications

• RD registration and state licensure required or RD-Eligible in some locations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred
• Ability to work across multiple buildings as needed

Responsibilities

• Assess nutrition needs of residents and develop care plans documented in the EMR
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
• Ensure adherence to regulations and company standards
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed
• All other duties as assigned
