Job summary

Charles River Medical Associates seeks a part-time Registered Cardiac Sonographer/Echo Tech for our Framingham facility. 1–2 days per week with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, weekdays only.

ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification required; minimum 3 years Echo experience. Strong knowledge of echocardiography procedures, color Doppler, and patient interaction is essential to maintain workflow and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical Echo experience.
• Active ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification is required.
• Knowledge of echo policies, protocols, equipment operation and positioning techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate daily department operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive and high-quality echocardiograms.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for smooth lab flow.
• Communicate with patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Produce preliminary interpretations and write concise reports.
