Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• Licenses and Credentials: RDCS or ARDMS required.
• BLS required.
• Experience with Echocardiogram studies: 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine echocardiograms to evaluate different aspects of the heart.
• Review charts, explain procedure to patients and maintain ultrasound equipment.
• Communicate with cardiologists regarding all echocardiogram findings.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and inventory.
• Assist staff with protocols and workflows.
