Job summary

Already Autism Health in Rincon, GA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children with autism. RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and help teach social, daily living, and communication skills under the supervision of a BCBA to implement effective strategies.

The role involves working in home, clinic, and community settings with flexible, blocks-based hours Mon-Fri (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Record data using the CentralReach system.
• Complete session documentation in a timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and other stakeholders.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

RBTs work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation

• Part-Time (Mon - Fri/ Must be available to work hours of 8:30AM - 5:00PM blocks)

Responsibilities

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA


• Utilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data


• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner


• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion


• Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor


• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA


• Provides services in both the home, clinic, and community settings

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and transportation


• High school diploma or GED equivalent


• Professional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitude


• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen


• Basic computer skills


• Flexibility and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations


• Professional and dependable

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Travel is required between client homes, clinics, and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
