Respect Behavior Therapy is seeking a compassionate andreliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 26-year-old maleclient diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. This is a rewarding opportunityfor an RBT who enjoys supporting adolescents and adults in buildingindependence and daily living skills. This case is well suited for technicianswho prefer low-intensity behavior support and structured skill development.

Providedirect one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
Implementindividualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Record andcollect data on clients' progress and respond to data by modifyinginterventions as directed.
Develop andmaintain positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
Followethical guidelines and standards of practice in ABA.
Participatein regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Ensureconfidentiality and respect for the privacy of our clients and their families.
High schooldiploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, orrelated field preferred.
Certificationas a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
Experienceworking with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highlydesired.
Experienceand comfortable working with adult clients
Knowledge ofapplied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
Must havereliable transportation and be willing to travel to client locations.
Familiaritywith behavioral health practices and interventions.
Ability towork independently as well as part of a team
Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient inclinical documentation and record keeping for ABA services.
