Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings. Part-time, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM, with starting pay of $25/hour.

Active RBT certification is required and RBT supervision is provided. Mileage reimbursement is offered for travel between clients, and biweekly pay is provided. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Follow treatment plans by the supervising BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Collect and accurately record clinical data in CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond to challenging behaviors with professionalism and compassion.
• Communicate important session information to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other care-team members.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community environments.
• Travel to client locations as needed.

Do you love helping children learn, grow, and succeed? Already Autism Health is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities.

As an RBT, you'll work directly with children to help build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while working closely with a supportive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
