Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism. RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completion.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional demeanor and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations.
• Professional and dependable.

• Utilize CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data.
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.

Do you love helping children learn and succeed?Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of aBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Join our passionate team to make a real difference!

Compensation

• Pay ranges from $19/hour to mid $20's/ hour (Depending upon experience)
• Excellent support + Internal employee career growth
• Part Time availability 12:30 - 6:30 pm (15 to 25 hours)
• Biweekly pay

We are hiring both full-time and part-time RBTs with a diverse array of available working hours, including M-F schedules!

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Professional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen

• Flexible and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations
• Professional and dependable

***All non-registered technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 60 days of hire.***

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. may also be required.

Working Environment
