Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and use positive reinforcement to support progress while collaborating with families and the clinical team to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
• 18+ years old and willing to complete training to become an RBT.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for in-home and community services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
