Job summary

Already autism health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism. RBTs provide tailored behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills under BCBA supervision.

The role includes up to 24 hours per week at $18 per hour, with pay biweekly and mileage reimbursement between clients. Travel between client homes and clinics is required, with supervision and support to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain clinical data in CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation thoroughly and timely.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and compassionately.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and community stakeholders under supervision.
• Communicate relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

Compensation and Job Details:

24 hours per week

• Pay starts at $18 per hour, with rates adjusted based on experience and work setting
• Biweekly pay
• Mileage reimbursement between clients
• RBT supervision

Responsibilities:

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA
• Utilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
• Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• Provides services in the home, clinic,and community settings
