Job summary

Mid-South Education Behavior Solutions is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Lexington, TN. This in-person role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay of $18-$24 per hour.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, life skills, and social development. A background in special education or psychology is a plus, with ongoing BCBA/BCaBA supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (preferred but willingness to complete the training and exam is ok!)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
