Job summary

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clinic, schools, and homes, supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs.

You'll collaborate with BCBA supervision, collect data, implement evidence-based plans, and communicate progress to families while working a Monday-Thursday 3-6:30pm and Friday

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification and provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodiverse needs.
• Ability to collect data and implement evidence-based intervention plans.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.

About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour

Schedule & Location

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3-6:30pm and Friday, 3-5:30pm
