Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago, IL seeks a BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. Provide ABA therapy to children in clinic, schools, and homes, addressing ASD, ADHD, sensory processing, and other neurodiverse needs. Work with a collaborative, growth-oriented group and supervise RBTs and ABA students.

The role includes assessments, intervention planning, and daily collaboration with therapists and educators. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM, Fridays 9 AM – 5:30 PM; no weekends.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst eligibility preferred.
• Experience providing ABA therapy to children with ASD and other needs.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and ABA students.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children and families in clinic, schools, and homes.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, SLPs, social workers, educators, and other team members.
• Support caregiver coaching and family training.

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing caregiver coaching and support
• Conducting behavioral assessments
• Developing evidence‑based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students
• Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
