Job summary

Eyas Landing - Avondale in Chicago, IL, seeks a compassionate Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide individualized therapy in a clinic-based setting and support school-integrated goals for children with ASD, ADHD, and related neurodiversities.

Under BCBA supervision, you will collect data, implement evidence-based plans, and collaborate with speech and physical therapists as well as social workers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or 60 credits) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour ASD and behavioral training (evidence-based techniques).
• Experience with children or clients with special needs required.
• Experience with autism preferred.
• Active BACB certification preferred.

Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex (TA/BT Flex) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.

About The Role

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits
