Vermont State Colleges is seeking a Regional Instructional Coach to support educators across multiple VT centers. The role includes coordinating classroom observations, post-observation reflections, and field visits with beginning teachers, and conducting targeted meetings with candidates under the CTTEP Director's guidance.

Qualifications

• Must-have instructional coaching knowledge and mentoring experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and support diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 6 classroom observations and post-observation meetings.
• Facilitate and participate in field observations with beginning teachers.
• Hold meetings with candidates on topics assigned by CTTEP Director.
• Attend trainings as needed.
