Job summary

GZQSO is seeking a Bilingual Sourcing Expert fluent in English and Bengali to recruit Bengali-speaking candidates in the Detroit area. This part-time role involves screening, texting, and coordinating interviews, with a potential path to full-time later.

Work hours are 4:00 PM–8:00 PM East. You will build candidate pipelines, manage records, and provide updates to the hiring team. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bengali (Bangla) speaking, reading and writing.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to handle high volume calls/texts and follow up with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Search resumes and job boards for qualified Bengali-speaking candidates in Michigan.
• Call and text prospective candidates about available job opportunities.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidate qualifications and availability.
• Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews and appointments.
• Assist candidates with completing applications and required new-hire paperwork.
• Answer candidate questions regarding job opportunities, the application process, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and candidate status.

Bilingual Sourcing Expert - English/Bengali

Location:Sterling Heights
Schedule:Part-Time, 20-25 Hours per Week 3-4 days a week May turn into Full Time later down the road
Hours:Monday/Wednesday//Thursday/ Friday approximately 4:00 p.m. -8:00p Eastern Time

Position Summary

• Organized and able to follow up with multiple candidates at the same time.
• Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and online recruiting systems.
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Must be available to work4:00 PM-8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, call center, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
