• Ensure programs run smoothly and effectively by providing clear communication and guidance to youth, adults, staff, spectators, and officials.
• Provide a welcoming, safe, and positive environment by greeting individuals courteously and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with programs by learning how to lead and support participants through coaching.
• Assist with setup of programs by arriving on time to prepare for activities.
• Supervise programs to maintain a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment and intervene to resolve conflicts.
• Supervise programs independently and problem solve as issues arise.
• Be knowledgeable of Berthoud Recreation policies and procedures and help protect facilities and equipment.
• Be flexible to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist with special events.
