Job summary

Town of Erie is seeking Recreation Attendants to join the Erie Community Recreation Center team. The role covers Guest Service, KidStation, Fitness Area, Concessions, Coal Creek Café and Ice Rink.

Part-time, hourly positions with early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts. Competitive 2026 pay range of $18.56–$23.20 per hour, with benefits for part-time staff and opportunities to engage with the community through diverse programming.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age to work Front Desk, Kid Station, Concessions, Ice Rink, Coal Creek Cafe and/or the Fitness Area.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service.
• Explain recreation programs, schedules, and facility amenities to guests.
• Assist with front desk operations, childcare, concessions, and fitness area tasks.
• Enforce rules and policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
